Hey! I really need some help on this. Can anyone please help me check whether is there any grammar mistake or wrong sentence structure and etc.? Thank you sooooo much for your help!

I was rather disappointed with my results, but I am even upset to once again disappoint people that have trusted on me. Thank you for always encourage me and believing in me, they really meant a lot to me.
Anyway, I am now already in xxx as i think it is necessary for me to be here when the results release, so that I can respond more efficiently to any needs or requirements regarding my application. Thus, I am always ready for the meet up. However, there will be some problems for my parents to be present, as they are now both away from (my country) until ---.
I hope that will not caused any inconvenience to you, and please feel free to arrange any time and venue that is most convenient to you for the meet up. I will try my very best to coordinate with you. Thank you.
