Grammar

ellipsis

I'm looking to merge two paragraphs with an ellipsis.
The first paragraph is a person speaking, and the paragraph ends with this line:

Hero: "The hound begins to circle around me and at last, it launches…”

Followed by the beginning of the second paragraph which begins with this line:

...And thrusts its fangs, as our hero parries.

So merging two paragraphs:

Hero: "The hound begins to circle around me and at last, it launches…”

...And thrusts its fangs, as our hero parries.

Here is my question:
is "and" in the second sentence capitalized or should be left lower case?

Which of these three would be correct?
...And thrusts its fangs, as our hero parries.
...and thrusts its fangs, as our hero parries.
And thrusts its fangs, as our hero parries.

Thanks

The second line is third person, so no question marks. I am merging first person with third.

Not question marks. Quotation marks. Would you please post the entire text formatted as you think it should be, and we'll take a look at it.
