Hi,

Activities are designed to describe how to activate and develop the students' abilities in the use of vocabulary items.

It doesn't seem quite right to me to say that 'an activity is designed to describe something'. I have trouble grasping what this means. How does an activity describe?

Do you mean this, for example?

Hi Clive,
Thanks. You are right. I have changed 'describe' into 'show' as activities are designed to show the ways of activating and developing abilities and skills.

Thanks for your help
