Dear Teachers,
I transcribed a beginning part of a radio program.
It would be appreciated if you could review my transcription after listening to the sound linked below:

“Ah, it’s nice.” Being able to feel that way and being in a state where those words just escaped your mouth is really nice, isn't it? It feels like some really good energy is welling up from somewhere deep inside.
Not everything is nice only when everything is perfect. Even when something's a bit lacking, there are times when things just feel nice. (It’s) Also nice to know that there are people who care about you.
“No matter how busy you are, make sure you don't skip a meal.” or “It's chilly in the mornings and evenings, don't forget to bring a jacket with you.”
Here, we're always wishing you a nice day, but you already knew that, right? I'm Lena Park and this is One Fine Day.
Hope to have your kind feedback regarding any punctuation usage, typo or anything else.
Thanks and best regards,
David Kim
