Elements of a sentence

Ok .. i accept preposition phrase as an adverbial. .. my next question is that ..

Put the fan off . The structure of this sentence should be SPA .. but when we write put off together in a sentence.. for example

Put off the fan . Then what will be the structure SP or SAP .

And also tell me the structure of this sentence He never comes late here
