--- Does anybody know what "electronic blues death rattle" mean? Is there any other way to say the same which would be easier to understand???

"Electronic blues" = blues music played on electronic instruments "Death rattle" = rattling sound supposedly made by someone as they're dying It's creative language that's supposed to make a picture in the reader's mind. Your picture is probably as good as anyone's.
