I think both are possible, but need a native's point of view, though

too is related to a a clause: I hate pizza, in which there is no negation.

Therefore, either is not correct, IMO.

To me, the above is a complete sentence and neither 'too' nor 'either' should be added.

I hate it too. As IK says, it's not in the negative, so you need the too.

Either would be the correct choice if it were "I don't [something]."
