either...or/ neither... nor

I learned something from grammar book as follows.

I don't like him. She doesn't like him.
Neither she nor I like him.
= Both he and I don't like him.

Therefore, when using either..or, I guess the following may be correct.

I like him. She likes him.
Either she or I like him.
= Both she and I like him.

Is it correct? Please advise.
