Either...or in questions

I asked students to write a question using "either...or". Now I find it difficult to correct the questions they wrote! For example, are:

Do you prefer either pizza or chips?

Should we either go swimming or learn for the test?

Are we either going to the mountains or are we going to a lake?

"correct"? Grammatically, yes I suppose so. But I feel that they are not using either...or properly. Which makes me wonder if there is a rule regarding use of either...or in questions???
