Either...or...

I learnt an English grammar about: "either...or,,," yesterday. I made some sentences, Are these right?
  1. Either you or he ate that cake.
  2. Either my sister or my brother must go to the market.
  3. Either my father or my mother took Dave to school this morning.
  4. Either a person or a monster slept in this cave.
  5. Either I or you will win.
  6. Either my dog or your dog barked last night.
  7. Either my phone or your phone rang.
  8. I will go to either the zoo or the supermarket tomorrow.
  9. I am sure that he will have either coffee or tea.
  10. They are twins. So this photo must be either him or his brother.

I'd just prefer #5 to read

'Either you or I will win.'

It sounds better to put the other person first.
