Either way

Hi guys,

Why are you actually there? What are you?
Either way, that's the second time i've popped you. 2-0 to me!

What do the words in bold, mean in this context?
Does "either way" mean "anyway" "nevertheless" or "in any way or another ... " ?

Can we say "Either way, you'll have to get used by this or by this" ?

Thanx.
Elly.

You will need to supply the context. As it stands it makes no sense to me.

Dear Thing Behind My Tooth,
Why do you swell? Why do you hurt? Why are you actually there? What are you?
Either way, that's the second time i've popped you. 2-0 to me!

Yikes!
Well, I guess he's talking about a cyst or something similar. "either way" means "it doesn't matter" or "I don't care." "popped" means, I guess, that he caused the cyst to burst and release its contents.

That's about as much as I want to think about this.
