Either ... or - which grammar to use?

Hello.

Either you go/will go/are going there or I'll kill you.

You'll either win or you lose/will lose/or lose.

When should we use future simple instead of present simple or present continuous?

Could we replace pronouns with verbs which relate directly to a main pronoun we mention in the beginning of a sentence? (You'll either win or lose instead of You'll either win or you lose/will lose).
