Either or too

Which one is correct, either or too?

He can't do that.

No one else can do that either/too.
Nither of them can do that either/too.

I supposed it should be too. Am I right?

sometimes it confused me whether the sentences are affirmstove or negative.
For example:

I have no money.
He lov

The sentences as such are affirmative, but the message is negative.

I have no money conveys the same message as I haven't any money.

I have no money, too.
He loves no one else, too
She brought nothing, too.

so I should use "too" for the sentences ?
