Either or or

Hi. Please help. Is this correct? Shouldn't it be parallel, like "either spicy or mild"?

Most food I eat here is either just bland or it all taste like chili pepper.

Most food I eat here is either just bland or it all tastes like chili pepper. It is fine as an informal utterance – which it is. If you must, you can make it parallel enough just by reversing verb and conjunction: Most food I eat here either is just bland or all tastes like chili pepper.
