Either or Neither

I was wondering if you could advise which sentence is correct? It would be much appreciated if could give a very brief explanation as well. Thank you in advance!

1 I didn’t raise anything. Please go ahead if no one else did it NEITHER.

2 I didn’t raise anything. Please go ahead if no one else did it EITHER.

soonhow Please go ahead if no one else did it EITHER. You already have a negative item in your sentence ( no one else) so you can't use "neither". Note that your sentences are very cryptic.
