Either? as well? too?

"Don't tell me you don't think the current system isn't like that either?"

"Don't tell me you don't think the current system isn't like that as well?"

"Don't tell me you don't think the current system isn't like that too?"

Which one of the three is the best suited for the purposes of the above sentence? Thanx ^^

oh sorry I forgot to add the context...i was in a bit of a hurry when I posted this question...^^;;

'I think the banking system of the 1990s was horrendously unregulated!"

"Don't tell me you don't think the current system isn't like that ___?"

I was wondering if it was ok to substitute the___ with any of the these three : either, as well, too
