It's okay, but I'd probably repeat the "I am."

I am not annoyed, but I'm not calm either.

I'm not annoyed, neither am I calm. (a bit old fashioned)

There's something about the two "not" 's and the "either" that makes me want two clauses.

I'm drunk and staggering.

Can you please suggest me a word opposite to 'annoyed' or an appropriate which would go with it.

I think "annoyed" and "pleased" are a pair of opposites. They describe opposite reactions to a given situation.

"Calm" and "upset"/"agitated" might be a pair of opposites when describing a person's immediate emotional condition.

In describing the condition of the ocean, "calm" and "rough"/"turbulent" might work as opposites.
