Either



Is either below grammatically correct and does it make sense?
1. That’s very nice of you to say.
2. That’s very nice of you to say that.
This form of question is what I've found in an ESL question forum like this here.I wonder if this use of "either" is natural or not. If I were a native speaker of English, how would I ask above question?

1 - Natural.

2 - Almost. "It's very nice of you to say that" is more likely.
