In fact, one often hears, "He is an egotistical snob," meaning that the person in question is both egotistical (vain, prone to thinking only about himself, not caring about others, etc.) AND a snob, which means, in at least U.S. slang "stuck up"....looks down on others; thinks he's superior to others in some way.
