Ego issue

Hi

Are these sentences natural English?

(These sentences are about people who have a very insecure ego. For example, they feel offended if they are invited to a party but the first call is not made to them. AND if someone's maid tells them that she is busy one day but can do the extra work the next day...)

She makes an ego issue out of any other issues.

Whoever she is dealing with, from her boss to her housemaid, she is coming up with strange ego issues --even in situations where there are absolutely none.

Don't make unnecessary ego issues out of everything.

Thanks,

Tom

If I agreed that 'ego issue' is a natural phrase (which I do not know), then I would fix the rest of the sentences like this: She makes an ego issue out of everything. Whoever she is dealing with, from her boss to her housemaid, she comes up with strange ego issues —even where there are absolutely none. Don't make unnecessary ego issues out of everything.
