egg

I put egg with eggshell i.e. as it is purchased into the water in a dish. Then I put that dish above the gas stove for heating. After a while, the inside part of the egg and the outside part, both become solid. Actually, three layer forms, one is eggshell and other two is white and yellow. The yellow part is the last layer of the three layer. First I peel the eggsheel and eat both yellow and white layer. .

Please correct my sentences.

It would have been better to have said an uncooked egg. A fresh egg is one that has recently been laid. A raw egg is the contents of the egg removed from the shell.

You can cook an egg in water without its shell, but it is called "poaching" and the water is not boiling. A boiled egg will always be cooked in its shell.
