0 Would you please specify where mistakes are made. This is secret to my mother but I use rice scoop to wash rice because I am not comfortable washing with cold water by my hands. One cold day, I could not help to use warm water, which helped me from miserable feeling in house work. “Cold water for rice washing” has been an implicit understanding. However, I do not know the reason even warn water sometimes used to shorter the time for water absorb. Lately, I start cook something in microwave, “ching” cooking, because of low volume of washing, more nutrient and lower heat energy (cost). Funny, but I feel like just warming up something bought outside, not doing cooking. Patient is the word most Japanese like. Elaborated and time spent work is always appreciated. However, I am searching more effective method for my daily house work instead of buying already cooked foods because homemade cooking is healthier and reasonable while I have a job and many things I want to do. 0-
