effect?

Hello,

When talking about the effect of something...

Like the effect of education,

Do you say

Education has large effects on careers.
Education has small effects on careers.

Do you use large/small or some other words?

Thanks/.

Top answer

We would more probably use it singularly: Education ha s a large/small effect on a career. Other words: (in)significant, major/minor.
