I am kindly requesting that an Electronic Access Control System preferable the access pad, be installed on the back door of the Administrative building and the passage door to enter building 2 from the Administrative building. Building 2 entail Court 1, HCJ Chamber and two C of Coffices.
The Holding Area, where the prisoners are kept is opposite to the back door of the Administrative building. This is where Judges and staff commute from the Administrative office to Building 2 and vice versa. Police personnel is often limited. Sometimes the prisoners are usually in the passage area when they get extremely aggressive with each other and the Police.
The Electronic Access Control System will reduce the risk of prisoners escaping from the Holding Area to the Administrative Office or Building 2. This issue needs urgent attention.
