Edition or Version?

Hello,

I'm building a restaurant in Europe and i just decided what is going to be the brand name. The thing is that i will open a small version of the restaurant first and then i will open a big one. I'm not sure what word to use for the small version. If the brand name is Spello which is the correct - Spello Compact Edition or Spello Compact Version?

"Edition" is usually used for printed materials, but I think it would be clever in this context. If I had to choose, I'd choose "edition". CJ
