Since my sample of participants are users of MT and are thus the primary target of companies producing such tools, their perceptions and views about MT and their suggestions for a better future are to be investigated . A questionnaire was used for the purpose of collecting sufficient data. For this purpose, a number of questions were put forward, as indicated below:

1-In what way do students use MT?

2-Can MT totally replace HT?

3-Does text type affect MT quality?

Short interviews comprising some questions related to the ones in the questionnaire were also conducted. Four students participated with their answers in this survey. The aim of the interview was to collect more details than could not be obtained from the questionnaire.
