Our organization has initiated a bilateral conversation with the U.S. in order to share counter-fraud expertise. We were informed of three types of control testing at their social benefit programs. We can now take a step forward to magnify our knowledge asking detailed questions about the control tests. Among these three tests is the ACT that looks to be very beneficial to our programs.

Comparing Analytic tools used by tow countries, our team has analyzed three American methods so far. Based on received documents, we have a provisional understanding on what are PT, ACT, and TFCA. In the summaries provided to the management, the policy team provided a summary of the key elements of these tools, a short remark on comparable tools at our organization, areas of interest to further our knowledge on American tools, and finally some potential topics for our future conversations.
