Please tell me if the following sentence is correct. I translated it so it can sound stupid:

Only a wise treatment of all the components while seeing the whole picture and its centrality for the sake of society will advance computers' integration into schools and every school will be adjusted to the development of technology in the modern world

Is 'seeing the whole picture' correct as an expression? I is supposed to mean something like 'understanding the entire situation'
