Edit for me please

I am kindly requesting that an Electronic Access Control System preferably the access pad, be installed on the back door of the Administrative building, and the passage door to enter building 2 from the Administrative building. Building 2 entail Court 1, High Court Judge's Chamber and two Clerks of Courts offices.

The Holding Area, where the prisoners are kept is opposite to the back door of the Administrative building. This is where Judges and staff commute from the Administrative office to Building 2 and vice versa. The prisoners are usually in the same passage area during the commuting and they get extremely aggressive at times. Also, Police personnel is often limited. The situation as it is is unsecured and is a potential threat the court staff and court users.

Consequently, the Access Contro System will reduce the risk of prisoners escaping from the Holding Area into the Administrative Office or Building 2.

Thank you for your usual cooperation.

For the safety of our employees and security of the building, I request an Electronic Access Control System (preferably one with an access pad), to be installed on the following doors: the back door of the Administrative building, the building 2 entry door at the passage from the Administrative building, Building 2 entail Court 1, the High Court Judge's Chamber and two Clerks of Courts offices. The holding area where the prisoners are kept is just opposite the back door of the Administrative building. This is where judges and staff walk between the Administrative office and Building 2.
