Hi everyone , i want to ask my students to classify the following words into two separate coloumns called "Edible things and non-edible things. These are the words ..... I mean the words in the yellow oval .Then which instruction is correct ?

1. Separate the following words into two separate coloumns of edible things and non-edible things.
2. Classify the following words in two separate coloumns called edible things and non-edible things.

There is no yellow oval. However, these are OK:

You still haven't learnt how to spell 'column', I see. My teaching is useless.

What do you wish of me in presenting the two sets of words? If I were you, I would eliminate the potable items, as it is a bit facetious to consider them inedible simply because they are drunk...if that is your plan.
