Hi there. Could someone explain me the logic of adding -er to the number. I have never seen it added to a different number than with 9 in the end (29er, 69er). Is there any rule for that? Thanks.

Sorry, I'm still wondering whether there is some difference for native spekars in saying 29er and 23er. (just an example).

Expressing hesitation.

but when we use it with a number which can be any like 63er or 78er, it's an informal way of saying size, age or number etc. I've heard it in England. People use it (kind of slang).
