ECUMENISM/ECUMENICISM/ECUMENICITY

Are the three words ECUMENISM, ECUMENICISM, ECUMENICITY interchangeable, or do they have slightly different meanings?

Hello Rik, First, I have to say, I have never seen or used any of these words. I knew only "ecumenical" - the adjective - and none of these noun forms, so they are not particularly common. com , the first two are synonyms.
