Whic one is correct?
- You are not my friend. Aren't I?

- You are not my friend. Am I not?

The tag question uses the subject of the sentence. That's "you" here.

And the tag question has the opposite polarity (affirmative, negative) of the main clause.

You are my friend, aren't you?
You are not my friend
