Nowadays, people used to eat fast food or go to the restaurant instead of cooking food. Everyday, I go to the school in early morning and I have lunch at my university. But hygiene and food safety of my canteen is very bad so I usually eat noodle, pho, bread,…etc in another store. In my opinion, home cooking is always the best choice however in some case, for work or personal reasons, we don’t have enough time for preparing a meal. Thus, we choice fast foods, convenience foods or processed food in order to save our time. Although all you guys know that type of food contains a lot of fat and it’s not good for your health especially children and the old.
Some tips to keep staying healthy includes eating healthy diet, exercising regularly and stoping bad habits. Healthy diet which balances nutritions, vitamins and minerals. Besides, playing a sport, go to the gym, do arerobic,… etc promote metabolism in the body effectively. You also should break bad habits like drinking alcohol, smoking, staying up late,…etc to stay fit and healthy.
