I found #2 and #3. Are they different from #1?

I would say that a restaurant and an eatery are pretty much the same thing. But, the meaning of a food establishment seems slightly obscure to me. I supose it could mean a restaurant, but when I first saw it I thought of the sentence "He runs a wholesale food establishment".

I would say that a restaurant and an eatery are pretty much the same thing. But, the meaning of a food establishment seems slightly obscure to me. I supose it could mean a restaurant, but when I first saw it I thought of the sentence "He runs a wholesale food establishment".
