Eat of his bounty

Hi,

Can you answer these questions?
Does "eat of his bounty" mean somebody eats very good and plentiful food?
What does the sentence in italic type mean?

The old steward laughed pleasantly. “King provides for his own. From this day forward you will dine at His Majesty’s own table and eat of his bounty.” He eyed Prince Peter’s slender frame. “From the looks of things, I’d say that you can use it.” (Peter was newly adopted by the King.)

Thank you very much.

Hi,

Judging by your slender body, you need all that bounty, all that food.

You look skinny!
