Eat in area or Dining area

What would you call a small area in corporate buildings where you can take a little rest rest and have light meals and drinks, especially you use for a lunch break during work. It's not a restaurant or cafe because the place does not offer food or drink. It's like a smoking area in airports but it is just for having light meals and drinks.
If you do not have a specific word. Are these words appropriate?
1) Eat in area
2) Dining area

Thank you very much for your feedback. What I meant by light meals was lunch boxed (bento) you brought from home, or meals you bought from convenience stores.

Then I'd just call it a 'Lounge'.
