Easy way to remember Conditional Sentences?

God I'm terrible and this is so frustrating I ended up at English Education Study Program. I need short explanation or the keys about Conditional Sentences so that I can understand?

And I want to ask, It's Type III, Is this correct?
If I had eaten, I would have gone to campus.
Fact: I didn't eat, so I didn't go to campus.

Please also give examples too like that

I'm sorry, and thank you very very much
