A: I have been intending to cook Western food for you, but I was wondering if it fits your taste / your appetite.

B: Of course it does. I'm very easy to feed.

- Are these sentences natural to say?

Try:
A: I like to cook Western food for you, but I am wondering if it fits your taste. 

B: Of course it does. I am flexible.
or
B: Of course it does. I am not fussy.
I don't quite like "I'm easy to feed" because it seems like feeding an animal!
