Easy on the pepper--what's the opposite?

Hi,

When eating out, people say "Easy on the pepper/salt on the kebab", which means to put less pepper or salt on the kebab; but what is the opposite of easy on... which means to put more of the pepper or salt on the kebab. Thanks!
