Easy girl/easier/more available etc.

It is supposed to be humorous. Let's imagine a situation: a guy is sitting with a girl in the pub and is joking by saying: Come on, drink, you'll be easier (it should have some sexual context, but be funny).
I'm just not sure if saying: "You'll be easier (to pick up)/more available (when you drink a lot of alcohol) is how native speakers say it, I guess not

It's certainly conceivable, and would have the meaning you suggest; but I doubt it's very common, or would be well received. Two people might say it with sexual implications about a third person not present. The non-sexual usage is also quite common.

I can't disagree. It's not a very pleasant subject. Usually people with such intentions are not so delicate. "I had to get her drunk first."

The reason A is strugging with this is because it's pretty inconceivable for us to imagine saying to a friend "go and make yourself sexually available for any guy walking buy." Thus, it's hard to say how natives would say it.
