Easy but Puzzling Use of "AND"

How should I say the following:

"the Relationship between Religious and Political Factors and Competition and Cooperation Factors",

when I want to mean

the Relationship between 'Religious and Political Factors' and 'Competition and Cooperation Factors'? (between A&B and B&C)

(but in the case you cannot use '&')

Thank you very much.
