Easter greetings

Hi everybody!
As far as I can remember, there are special greeting words for Easter but I have forgotten them. It is not just Happy Easter!, it is something similar to the greeting in my native language, i.e. you say "Christ has risen!" and the reply is "In the name of truth he has!". This of course is a rought translation but something simlar exists in English. Can anyone help?

In the Catholic Church I think the greeting is , as you say, "Christ has risen" and the response is "He is risen indeed"

Thank you, Abbie!
Is it "is" risen, not "has" risen?
