Earths Linen Dress Vanilla clouds against the slate blue sky. Tall Fragrant pines in my minds eye. Here I stand in the white china snow. I feel blessed for all I know. Earth lays quiet in cool sweet slumber. Like years of my late December. Silver moon and star lit nights. Whispering breeze and breathless sights. I Listen to the silence from within. I Love with all I am. In this space I find my rest. In the forest and suns amber ***. Upon mountain and snow filled crest. Winter in her linen dress. Snow like silk dusts my sash. Like powder clings to eyelash. So I say this to you, embrace all your years. For God gives them with Love so dear. In the quiet of the snow. Love and learn from all you know. Winter in her linen dress. It is the season for the souls rest. Safe and warm and ever so blessed. by foxglove
Good Morning everyone...I am looking for a place to come to get objective views on my poetry. My family and friends all say its wonderful, but I feel at times they tell me so as not to hurt my feelings. Thanks for the help...foxglove
