Early onset Writer's block! (11 years old)

Help! My 11 year old daughter has writer's block! Already! She's trying to write a very basic book summary as part of a book review project. This seems like an easy task, but to her it's excrutiatingly hard. And she hates all of my suggestions. Short of telling her to copy what is written on the back of the book, I don't know what to do. Are there sentence writers out there that with a few words could come up with a sentence?
