Each/every/all

Which are correct:
1) There is someone we are all in love with.
2) There is someone all of us are in love with.

3) There is someone we are each in love with.
4) There is someone each of us is in love with.

5) There is someone every one of us is in love with.

In which case:
a) We are all in love with the same person
and in which case
b) We are each in love with a different person.
