1-How much will it cost to have the most expensive meal in each of these restaurants?
2-How much will it cost to have the most expensive in every one of these restaurants?
3-How much will it cost to have the most expensive in all of these restaurants?

In which case:
a-we are talking about eating in all of the restaurants in question
and in which case:
b-we want to know how much the most expensive meal will in each of the restaurants in question (in this case the reply will be a list stating the price of a meal for each restaurant)

Do they mean how much will eat cost if you ate the most expensive meal in all of those restaurants (most expensive meal in restaurant A + most expensive meal in restaurant B + .... = a lump sum) or whether the question is how much does each of those restaurants cha
