Question

At one point in time I was in love with all of them.
At one point in time I was in love with every one of them.
At one point in time I was in love with each of them.

Are all these correct and do they all mean the same thing?

Those are all correct.

They're different in meaning, though. The first 2 sentences I would interpret to mean the same thing if someone were to say them to me because "all of" and "every one of" generally mean the same thing.

The third sentence means something different. It conveys the meaning that at some point in time you were in love with each of them individually, but not all of them at once. It means basically that once you were in love with this one, another time you were in love with that one, and another time you were in love with still another one...and so on and so forth.

A better way to word that last sentence would be, "I was in love with each of them at one point in time." However, it sounds fine the way you have it written also.
