each who

I don't understand the meaning and construction of "each who" in this sentence:

"You've worked with many directors, each who must present a different set of problems for the composer. I have a list here. What was it like working for Bertolucci?".

Why not "each of whom must..."? Or maybe is the author saying "each of those who must...."?
