Each or All?

Hi, I'm doing a business subject at uni & needed to draft a contract clause but I'm not sure which one is correct. Can somebody pls help:
(Parties & Party defined)
Each Party agrees that it will provide to the other Party the info it requests, or
Both Parties agree that they will provide to the other Party the info it requests.

Tks,
J

I prefer#1, but I'm not a lawyer. A lawyer would probably have a lot of comments and reservations about this. The slang word 'info' does not fit well.
